Question: How do I know if my media help desk ticket has been received?
Answer: All Media Help Desk requests submitted through the media services department will be logged as a ticket in our help desk system. The system will automatically send you a ticket ID number letting you know your request has been submitted. Once one of our media technician’s have diagnosed the issue you were experiencing they will email you letting you know the status of your request. If you do not receive an email your request has not been successfully submitted.
